Page focuses her practice on complex business litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, closely-held corporate disputes and securities litigation. Page has significant experience representing clients in intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret litigation and licensing disputes. She has also represented individuals in criminal matters in Massachusetts and federal trial and appellate courts.

  • Representation of directors of investment company in defense of claims of investment fraud.

  • Representation of consumer goods company in a contract dispute related to a stock purchase agreement.

  • Representation of officer, director and shareholder of audio visual design and installation company in arbitration of a close corporation dispute involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duties.

  • Representation of a start-up consumer goods company in defense of a claim of trademark infringement.

  • Representation of a global service provider in a patent infringement action involving Internet content delivery and traffic management technology.

  • Representation of a public technology company in defense of a patent infringement action related to digital imaging technology.

  • Representation of a global pharmaceutical company in a contract dispute brought in Maryland arising out of a database subscription agreement.

  • Representation of a public manufacturing company in a contract dispute relating to spectrometer technology.

  • Representation of an energy company in a contract dispute relating to the development of a large parcel of land in Massachusetts.

In 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012, Boston and Law and Politics magazines named Page one of the top young lawyers in Massachusetts, including her in their list of Massachusetts Super Lawyers Rising Stars in business litigation.

Prior to the firm, Page was a senior associate at Choate, Hall & Stewart where she specialized in intellectual property and major commercial litigation. In addition to working in private practice, Page also served as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County.

Page received her J.D. cum laude from Boston College Law School. She received her B.S. cum laude from Boston College. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and before the United States District Courts of Massachusetts and Colorado and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
